«history» Jasper 'Jace' Colebank, is the first born of Nicola and Robert Colebank, it was obvious from a young age that he was smart, and he was encouraged to flourish. However due to this he couldn't get along with his peers. He was around 2 when his twin siblings were born, and he loves them to bits. Jace was a quiet child, not complaining much. He never complained when his uncle beat him for being to 'pretty', or too 'smart' he just took the beatings, and sneaked upstairs, into the comfort of his room.
Being a pureblood, Jace didn't go to a primary school, so was at home with his siblings till he was 11, when he got his hogwarts letter. Jace jumped at the opportunity to be away from his family - not his siblings though, he hated leaving his siblings - and was soon taken to diagon alley to buy his wand and school supplies. Jace passed all of his exams in Hogwarts easily, and found that he preferred to spend his days in the library studying, than in the grand hall or common room socializing. Jace dreaded going home, because it meant going back to his family and his uncle. He detested his parents for never spotting that his uncle was a self-absorbed abusive man, who would probably do anything to stop Jace succeeding in his life.
He passed his O.W.Ls with mostly O's and a few A's his parents were pleased, and congratulated him, but soon forgot his success as business called. Jace grew angry and even more upset, and vowed to do as well as he could, so that he wouldn't have to go back home. He has cornered himself off, and doesn't like to talk with people his age. Jace was brought his own owl in his 2nd year, as an bribe to make him mail home more often, Not that it worked. Jace looks out for his younger siblings, who are both in gryffindor, being a lot braver than him. They don't suffer in silence.
