«boggart» Shawn’s greatest fear is losing more family members. Like his parents, or other close relatives. He tries heavily to cope with his sister’s disappearance but sometimes it isn’t easy.

«history» Shawn’s parents and sister originally in North America where they lived in Miami for some time. The family was well aware that they were a part of the magical world, yet their father had been interested in Muggles while their mother kept them close with their magical side on the magical world. They took a vacation out in the Colorado Rockies, when the two siblings were about 11 and 10 years old in order to meet up with other relatives that lived there. However the pleasant vacation turned for the worst as they discovered that Shawn’s sister was missing. They soon set out on a search party to look everywhere they could; Shawn did eventually find his sister but was in a cave heavily injured from a collapsing rockslide. Shawn ignored the threats that had been there as he tried to help her out. However as he got close to the entrance more rocks came toppling down, trapping the two and Shawn had his legs injured badly and cut up from the falling rocks. The two teenagers began to call out for the others knowing that a search party had been set out all around the area. They were eventually rescued and the two were put in the hospital for several months.
When Shawn and his sister were discharged from the hospital, it wasn’t long before he discovered that his sister was missing again. He was very close to his sister so it hit him the hardest, a part of him had not wanted to believe that his sister was gone but he eventually accepted it over the years. During this time of sadness for the family, his father got a new job all the way in Pairs, London involving dragons. Soon the family packed up their things and moved to Europe. Once they got settled down Shawn received his first invitation for Hogwarts, there was also one for Sienna but since they had no word on her, they kept it incase their daughter would return or was found. Shawn went to school for about two years (Shawn 13 and Sienna 12) before the family discovered some wonderful news.
Sienna had been found safe and sound and out of harm’s way back in the United States. It wouldn’t be long before the family gathered up enough money for Sienna to return to Paris with them and return to their new home. It wasn’t long before Sienna started to enroll in the school as well. And for the past two (Shawn 15, Sienna 14) family has been getting along well, John occasionally has taken the two to his job to show the siblings the dragons that he is helping tame. And with this, Shawn has drawn an interest for dragons.
